Do you have a complaint about your midwife?

It is important that you feel comfortable and safe with your midwife. As being pregnant is stressful enough. Therefore we work hard to make you and your baby feel at ease and provide the best care possible. Contact with your midwife and other health care providers at our practice should be professional while enjoyable. But despite this you may feel the need to complain.

1. Discuss your complaint with your midwife.
Do you have questions? Or doubts? Is there something you are unhappy about? Please let us know.  We are happy to take some time to discuss your concerns.

2. Get help from our complaints officer.
Do you feel we cannot resolve your complaint together? Or you need help with filing a complaint? Get in touch with our complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Bureau of Complaints Management in the Healthcare Sector)

She (or he) is impartial, works independently and is happy to provide advice and assist you further. A complaints officer also mediates in finding a solution. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential.

The external complaints officer of the CBKZ can be contacted by phone Monday to Friday (from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4.30pm) on 088 – 0245123. You can also send an email to klachtverloskunde@cbkz.nl.
